Are you a UMD Honors College undergraduate who identifies as a woman? Consider participating in a dissertation study exploring how high-achieving college women experience perfectionism, motivation, and the pressure to meet high expectations.
Participants will complete two 30–60 minute interviews and four short (3–5 minute) audio diaries/voice memos and will receive $100 in compensation for completing the interviews.
