The Maryland Leadership Conference (MLC) is the longest-running student leadership conference program in the country. During this half-day, on-campus conference, students enhance their group leadership skills through interactive simulations, small group dialogues, and tangible applications focused on Sustainable Leadership.
This event will include two restorative circles that will be led by trained student facilitators who are UMD students themselves! Attendees will have the chance to participate in open conversations covering various topics such as burnout, balancing work and school, mental health, support from university administration, and more. Our aim is to foster a stronger BSOS community!
