Program Assistant (Hourly)
The Program Assistant will support AIM’s research engagement and institute programming, including faculty and affiliate engagement, research and program development, program records and data, seed funding activities, event research, and event operations. This position is a good fit for a student interested in gaining experience with the behind-the-scenes work of an interdisciplinary research institute—from researching speakers and programs to supporting faculty initiatives and major events.

Communications & Marketing Assistant (Hourly)
The Communications & Marketing Assistant will help tell AIM’s story and amplify the research happening across our community. The position supports AIM’s website, social media, newsletters, event campaigns, graphics and digital content, photography/video, and communications analytics. It’s a strong opportunity for a student interested in communications, marketing, journalism, digital media, science communication, or related fields.
