One For the World (OFTW) is a non-profit organization that uses a rigorous, data-driven approach to build a portfolio of the most effective charities in the world. OFTW takes the work out of giving by getting students and young professionals to pledge to donate 1% of their post-grad income to these selected charities in order to help end extreme poverty. OFTW is a very reputable organization that has a worldwide presence at amazing universities ranging from Harvard, CalTech to Cambridge university. You can be a part of this organization through the UMD Chapter!
As a Student Ambassador, you will join the UMD OFTW chapter and have a direct impact on growing the club and changing lives. It is an amazing opportunity to get involved with an organization that is making a difference while also gaining valuable communication, leadership, and sales experience and benefiting from the large professional network of OFTW chapters.
