Honors Citation

What is the Honors Citation?

The Honors Citation is an academic distinction awarded to students who complete the requirements for one of UMD’s living-learning programs. Students must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.2. Specific requirements vary by program.

Program citation requirements:

• ACES – Advanced Cybersecurity Experience for Students (ACES)
• Design Cultures & Creativity (DCC)
• Gemstone (GEMS)
• Honors Global Challenges and Solutions (HGLO)
• Honors Humanities (HH)
• Integrated Life Sciences (ILS)
• Interdisciplinary Business Honors (IBH)
• University Honors (UH)
