New Yorker staff writer and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Hua Hsu will be in College Park for a public reading and conversation on March 7 at 5 p.m. in Tawes Hall as this year's Spring Speaker for UMD's Honors Humanities program. Dance Marathon is coming to College Park! Join Terp Thon on March 9 from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. in the Armory to raise funds and awareness for Children’s National Hospital in Washington D.C. Terp Thon’s Dance Marathon will be a day full of dancing, activities, food, Miracle Kids (past or current patients at the hospital), and FUN! You do not need to dance or be a good dancer to attend.
