The Maryland Leadership Conference (MLC) is a FREE peer-led day-long developmental experience for new and intermediate leaders. During this day, you’ll engage in team activities, small group dialogues and real-life applications. You’ll leave with an understanding and the skills necessary to make a greater leadership impact on the groups and organizations you are a part of.
