This course introduces essential facilitation skills — including active listening, asking powerful questions, distinguishing dialogue from debate, setting community expectations, bridging identity-based differences, and navigating conflict.
Whether you see yourself as a future educator, leader, facilitator, advocate, or simply someone who wants to get better at talking across differences, EDDI300 gives you tools you can carry anywhere.
Students who complete the course are also eligible for PAID facilitation opportunities with the Common Ground Dialogue Program.
