Apply for the BSOS Dean’s Student Advisory Council (DSAC)

The College of Behavioral and Social Sciences (BSOS) at the University of Maryland is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Dean’s Student Advisory Council (DSAC). The Dean’s Student Advisory Council is a distinguished undergraduate committee that plays a pivotal role in shaping the BSOS undergraduate experience. As members of DSAC, students have the opportunity to:

  • Advise the BSOS Associate Dean and Dean by contributing to discussions and offering insights to enhance the undergraduate experience.
  • Propose and launch initiatives that drive positive change and support BSOS undergraduates.
  • Engage in dialogue and collaborative action on key issues relevant to the undergraduate community.

DSAC seeks dedicated and passionate students committed to making a meaningful impact within BSOS. Students who wish to contribute to the development of academic programs, advocate for peers, and shape the future of the college are encouraged to apply.
