Becoming a Design Thinker is a spring Innovation Fellowship pathway offered by UMD’s Academy for Innovation & Entrepreneurship for current graduate students, faculty, and staff. The seven in-person Friday sessions (Jan. 30–Mar. 13, 1–3 p.m., ESJ 2101) focus on growing creativity, curiosity, and qualitative research skills to tackle real-world challenges using innovation practices. Interested participants are encouraged to complete the “Start Your Innovation Fellows Journey” form and schedule a brief chat about next steps.
