WEID/HONR300: Intergroup Dialogue Facilitator Development & Practicum is designed to introduce students to foundational dialogue facilitation skills and social justice frameworks needed to effectively facilitate group interactions across and within social differences. Students will apply the skills learned by facilitating a multi-session dialogue course with either the Common Ground or the Words of Engagement Intergroup Dialogue Program (WeIDP).
Students interested in serving as a facilitator must first apply. The application deadline has been extended to Friday, December 9. Virtual interviews will take place from November 28 to December 2. There will be two training sessions prior to the start of classes on January 23 or 24.
