Interested in studying a foreign language and U.S. government service? Consider applying for a Boren Scholarship for international study. The Boren Scholarship awards up to $20,000 for long-term global learning in countries that speak languages critical to U.S. government interests. Eligible regions include Africa, South Asia, East and Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe and former Soviet Republics, Latin America and the Middle East.
