Second-year Gemstone Honors student Jehan Idsassi, a first-generation Moroccan-American double major in Molecular, Cellular, and Physiological Neuroscience and History on the pre-medicine track, is the Founder and Executive Director of STEM Up, an organization dedicated to increasing female representation in STEM through mentorship, educational programming, and accessible resources for young girls interested in science.
STEM Up is currently expanding its Leadership Team and is seeking motivated students who are passionate about advocating for female representation in STEM, the importance of STEM education, and mentorship. The application process is brief and designed to be accessible for students with a variety of schedules and commitments.
