This course will use dialogue to build upon students’ knowledge of diversity in American society. Collectively, students will explore various ways of learning about systems of power, privilege, and oppression, how these systems relate to our individual and group identities, and how students can engage in advocacy and activism. This course fulfills an elective requirement for the Disability Studies minor, but it is open to all students.
