Senior ACES student and computer science major and cybersecurity minor Antonio Farias ’24 interned this summer at Hanscom Air Force Base. Antonio learned about the internship through the exclusive Cybercorp Scholarship for Service career fair, where he spoke with recruiters for the Air Force’s Premier College Internship Program (PCIP). His internship explored the Air Force’s current mission to transition to a Zero Trust Architecture over the next decade.
“As a student in the computer science program and ACES program, this internship has strongly related to the Zero Trust concepts I learned in the ACES minor as well as the networking concepts I have learned in both my major and minor. It was a great experience to speak with representatives from different vendors who were interested in helping the Air Force accomplish its mission.”
