The Diamondback is hiring editorial cartoonists and opinion columnists to start in the Fall 2023 semester. Any current UMD student (including graduate students) is welcome to apply. Cartoonists submit a cartoon once every other week on a topic of their choice and are paid a small stipend. Columnists submit a column once every week on a topic of their choice and are paid a small stipend.
