Conferences & Visitor Services (C&VS) is now beginning to hire for summer student positions.
C&VS provides administrative and logistical support to clients who want to host a conference or event at the University of Maryland. They coordinate a full range of campus services that includes meeting space reservations, transportation, dining, on-campus lodging and much more. During the summer, they host adult/youth conferences, athletic camps, special events and University of Maryland academic programs. Employees will have the opportunity to work with various service providers and campus departments (i.e. Dining Services, Resident Life, Transportation Services, The Stamp, etc.) to ensure the seamless operation of each conference.
