Olney Pediatrics is seeking a full-time medical scribe (~35 hours/week) to work closely with several pediatricians and gain clinical experience with significant patient contact. This is a one- or two-year gap year opportunity at Olney Pediatrics (located on the campus of Medstar Montgomery Medical Center in Olney, Maryland), beginning in the summer of 2023 for health science students.

Eligibility:
- Must have completed 6 semesters of college
- Minimum of 3.7 GPA
- Prefer pre-med, pre-dental, pre-PA, or other pre-professional students
- No other prior experience is necessary
- Be able to type at least 75 words per minute
- Minimum of 1-year commitment (full-time beginning summer 2023)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and up to date on routine vaccines, including annual influenza vaccine
