Technica is looking for undergraduates for their Big/Little Mentorship program for the 2022-2023 academic year. The Big/Little Program connects undergraduate students (Littles → freshmen and sophomores) who are underrepresented in tech careers with a network of professional mentors (Bigs → juniors, seniors and industry professionals) who can help guide students to their desired careers.
As a Little, you’ll gain valuable insight into internship technical interviews, resume reviews, company experiences and a variety of technical, professional and career insights during your 1:1 mentorship meeting. Littles will also be invited to a bonding event with other mentees in their cohort.
As a Big, you can give back to the community and share what you learned in these past years.
The time commitment for the Bigs and Littles is ONE session together and attending a bonding event that will kick off the program.
