DESCRIPTION:Interested in learning about the traits of highly effective teams and individuals? Looking to gain insight from someone who has worked at Facebook\, Google\, and a past startup? \nStartup Shell is hosting Steve Shaw\, an engineer at Jump Trading\, to talk to the community about the traits of highly effective teams and individuals at failed startups and bloated big tech companies. \nSteve is currently an engineer at Jump Trading working on network performance engineering. He’s worked at Facebook when it was cool\, Google and a failed B-round startup.
