DESCRIPTION:Celebrate World Mental Health Day at Mind Over Mat with a special guided yoga session followed by self-care kits and refreshments on Thursday\, October 15th\, from 6 PM to 7 PM in the School of Public Health (Room 0121). Yoga mats will be provided\, but please bring your own if able.\n\nHosted by the Global\, Environmental\, and Occupational Health (GEOH) Student Organization\, Students Engaged in Public Health (SEIPH)\, and Partners in Health (PIH).
