DESCRIPTION:The Mental Health Coalition invites you to Mental Health Awareness Week Sept. 29 – Oct. 3. There will be a full week of FUN and FREE programming to explore and improve mental health. Now\, more than ever\, is the right time to improve your mental health\, celebrate self-care\, and STAMP out stigma. \nWith a variety of events involving plant-decorating\, mental health screenings\, celebrity Q&A\, crafts\, and more—there is something for everyone!
