DESCRIPTION:The UM Scholars Program enables outstanding University of Maryland\, College Park (UMCP) undergraduates to become engaged in summer research projects led by top faculty in the University of Maryland School of Medicine at the University of Maryland\, Baltimore (UMB). The program also introduces students to the M.D. degree program and various other graduate programs. \nOn Monday\, October 30\, Dr. Greg Carey and Dr. Brett Hassel will hold an info session about the program for interested students in the Biosciences Research Building\, Room 1103.
